Beautiful necklace. Every time I wear it I get compliments from someone new and even from those who said something the last time I wear it. Best compliment so far has been from an older woman who said, “I don’t like the wire wrapped stuff but for this I’d change my mind.” She proceeded to ask where I got it. Great work! Shipping took longer than anticipated is the only down side. I cannot comment on customer service as I never had to reach out.
