I sent a personal message to the seller at the time I rec'd the item. Suffice it to say that what was pictured and what was shipped was vastly different (lack of quality, lack of attention to detail ...). I was quite disappointed but kept the pendant anyway. Too much hassle ... Won't purchase anything here in the future.
