I didn't receive my item initially, I messaged the seller with the tracking info, it looked like it had gotten lost in transit. The seller sent a new tracking number and sent a replacement right away. Was very nice to work with and resolved the issue promptly. I received the item today. It is very beautiful. This is my second purchase from them, first one arrived in expected timeframe. Thanks!
