Shipping was rapidly from India. Quality of the product was very well. The packaging was amazing as the necklace was protected from damage very well. Wrapped in tissue, then plastic in a ziploc bag, the in a hard plastic box. The box was then wrapped in thin foam and surrounded with bubble wrap. Extremely well protected.
