Had an issue with one of these having the stone slip out of the wrapping. Contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and offered to send a replacement. I appreciated it immensely since I wouldn't be able to wear the current piece given the shape and wrap. It seems to be made with care but the spacing was just off for this piece in particular. I ordered two and the other one was secure.
