Copper is very bright... curious to see how it will look as patina develops. Labradorite can be a highly variable stone, but the one used for this necklace was a nice choice, and the recipient loved it. She has been tempted to order jewelry with this stone before, but usually hesitates because of being burned by other sellers not choosing a nice/suitable specimen for the piece. Necklace was wrapped in tissue, in a clear plastic box, instead of a common cardboard jewelry box. Curious/unexpected, but not an issue or problem. I just used an older jewelry box for gifting and will use the plastic box for something else. It was not obvious to me that pendant came with a chain (or how long). I was pleasantly surprised that it did come with a matching chain. Did not contact customer service because everything went as expected.
